Lowell House Looks to Make Major Upgrades

The Lowell House is upgrading the heating, attic insulation and fire protection at their building. With an energy audit and specifications from EnerSpective, the Lowell House learned how to improve their building and is ready to move ahead with securing bids under the BetterBuildings Program Lowell in the near future.
