Meet the Co-founders

Andrew Proulx, P.E., LEED AP, Senior Technical Advisor

Andy is a licensed mechanical engineer (licensed in mutiple states) and a LEED® Accredited Professional.  For 10 years, he has been improved the energy efficiency and sustainability of hundreds of new and existing buildings. Andy has experience in energy modeling; utility energy efficiency programs; the LEED® for Homes program; and commercial and residential consulting.  Andy holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a concentration in fluid mechanics and heat transfer.

Tyke Crowley, Esq., Senior Project Advisor   

Tyke is an attorney, land use planner and facilitator. He has been involved with sustainability planning, environmental practices and group consensus building for last 10 years. Tyke has experience with energy management practices, energy assessments and audits; and strategic energy planning. Tyke received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and holds a joint master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning/Environmental Engineering from Tufts University with a concentration in water resources engineering. He is also certified as a Multifamily Building Analyst by the Building Performance Institute.
